Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Reqa collects, uses, and protects your personal data in the context of our pre-launch waitlist.
Data collected
When you sign up for the waitlist, we collect: your email address (required to contact you), your preferred language (to send communications in the right language), your IP address (used only to prevent sign-up abuse, automatically erased 30 days after your registration), and the date, time, and version of the consent text you agreed to (legal proof of your consent).
Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to inform you of the public launch of Reqa, to help you onboard the product after launch, and to send you important product updates. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), explicitly collected when you sign up.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Only essential technical cookies necessary for the site to function may be used.
Retention period
Your email address and consent are kept for 12 months after the public launch of Reqa, unless you unsubscribe before then. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email. Your IP address is automatically erased 30 days after your registration.
Sub-processors
To provide this service, we use: Resend (email delivery, United States, transfer governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission) and Cloudflare Turnstile (form anti-bot protection, United States, transfer governed by the same Standard Contractual Clauses).
Security
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted in Europe. The unsubscribe token included in emails is stored as a cryptographic hash (SHA-256) so that it cannot be directly exploited in the event of a data breach.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right of access (to view the data we hold), rectification (to correct inaccurate data), erasure (to request deletion), portability (to retrieve your data in a structured format), objection, and restriction of processing. We respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
